Dandelion salad with bacon and egg
Ingredients for four persons:
0.25 kg cleaned dandelion
0.2 kg potatoes1 egg
0.03 kg smoked bacon
0.05 l wine vinegar
0.05l olive oil
salt, pepper
Recipe:
Oil the cleaned dandelion, stir in warm potatoes and slightly broiled bacon,salt, vinegar, and stir gently. Grate the egg and rough pepper over the top.
