Kostel stuffed pig stomach
Kostel stuffed pig stomach is a typical Kostel Easter dish, which was served in practically every home during Easter. They filled a stomach or rectum with bread, pieces of smoked pork (ham) and spices. It is served during Easter, cold and cut into slices, with Easter eggs (boiled eggs), ham and grated (or cut into tiny pieces) horseradish or spring onion.
