MICHELIN restaurants and inns in the Dolenjska

Michelin is distinguished by its 120-year tradition and elaborated evaluation criteria based on five principles: quality of ingredients used, mastery of tastes and cooking techniques, personality of chefs in their kitchen, value for money and consistency between different visits.

The most prestigious gastronomic guide recognized the quality of Slovenian gastronomy and included Slovenia among its new destinations. Recipients of the Michelin Awards for 2021 and 2020 in Dolenjska are:
