Semič sparkling wine is produced according to the traditional method of fermentation in bottles. Grapes are produced on Semič’s vineyards, a part of Bela Krajina’s wine-growing region. Sparkling wines are produced in the Semič Sparkling Wine Cellar at Semič, where you can also taste them. There is room for up to 60 guests in their tasting room.
