In the idyllic village of \u0160entjurij in Dolenjska, the birthplace of poet Tone Pav\u010dek (1928\u20132011), you can visit his permanent memorial collection located in the Pav\u010dek House in the village center. The collection features the poet\u2019s paintings, books, and several personal belongings. For larger groups, guided tours are available by prior arrangement. Visitors can explore the Pav\u010dek House and the Tone Pav\u010dek Memorial Collection. The house also includes the \u201cPav\u010dek Library,\u201d where you can read his works during your visit. You are also invited to visit the memorial dedicated to the poet just a short walk away, and see the small Church of St. George, a fine example of sacred architectural heritage. In the nearby village of Mali Kal, you can also find a monument to the legendary accordionist Lojze Slak. <\/p>\n\n
