Dandelion salad with bacon and egg

Ingredients for four persons: 

  • 0.25 kg cleaned dandelion 

  • 0.2 kg potatoes1 egg 

  • 0.03 kg smoked bacon 

  • 0.05 l wine vinegar 

  • 0.05l olive oil 

  • salt, pepper 

Recipe: 

Oil the cleaned dandelion, stir in warm potatoes and slightly broiled bacon,salt, vinegar, and stir gently. Grate the egg and rough pepper over the top.
