They supply schools, kindergartens, restaurants, and are also available directly on the farm by prior order. Since asparagus quickly becomes woody, it is important to minimize the time between harvesting and preparing the dish—so always buy fresh and local. During the season, their produce can also be found at the farmers’ market in Dolenjske Toplice.
