They are located in the Cikava industrial zone, near Novo mesto. The city center is approximately one kilometer away, and they are close to the Revoz and Krka factories. The rooms are spacious and well-furnished. Each room has its own bathroom, Wi-Fi, and a television. They also offer six apartments, including double, triple, and four-bed options. The latter also has an extra bed. All apartments are equipped with a kitchen. The same building also houses a restaurant, where they  offer lunches and à la carte dishes. They also have a large parking lot.
